"Zena" Liqueur Muscat

This Liqueur Muscat is made from Muscat á Petit Gris grapes which are left to hang for about a month after the rest of the varieties have been picked. The slight shrivelled and super sweet grapes are crushed and destemmed, and fortified after no or minimal fermentation. Left in Barrels for 8 plus years the final produce is a blend of 8-15 year olds.
